We offer both one-time services and floor maintenance services. The floor maintenance will be customized to meet the needs of every customer.
Before getting started
All strip and wax jobs need a in person walkthrough and a minimum of 7 days to schedule. We also require a prepayment of 35%

Floor maintenance
There are several things we can do when it comes to floor maintenance. Below are some floor maintenance ideas.
6 Months
Strip and wax floors every 6 months and no floor buffing.
4 MOnths
Strip and wax floors every 3-4 months and floor buffing.
Monthly
Clean and buff floors monthly. Scrub and recoat at month 3 - 4.
MOnthly
Buff floors only and scrub and recoat at month 3 - 4.

Improve your facility's appearance
We work with a variety of floor types including VCT (vinyl composite tile), rubber, asphalt, terrazzo, slate, marble, sealed concrete and quarry tile.

For our floor finish we use a polyurethane wax. This type of wax is more durable (up 5 years if maintained correctly) and requires less maintenance.
​
Our floor finish will protect your floors from highly abrasive soils, produce high gloss shine, extend the life of the floors and floors will be easier to clean. The floor finish will not yellow or powder since we use superior floor finishes that contain the highest quality polymers.
