  • Do you provide house cleaning services?
    No sorry
  • What facilities do you not service?
    Hotels and industrial facilities.
  • Is my facility safe?
    Only subcontractors that have passed a background check are allowed to work. We take security very seriously and we always remind our cleaning crews via email about to activate the alarm and to make sure the doors stay lock. Furthermore, we never write the business name, address or alarm codes on key labels.
  • Do you provide services during business hours?
    Our janitorial services are mainly provided after business hours except for day porter services which are provided during the day. We will need a key to access the facility.
  • Do you accept check payments?
    Yes, make checks payable to "Cleaning Crew Go" and mail to 350 W 9th Ave Ste 107 Escondido CA 92025
  • Do you accept credit/ debit card payments?
    Yes, if you are paying through your invoice link there will be a 2.9% fee of the total invoice amount.
  • Will it be the same cleaning crew everytime?
    Yes, the most common reason the cleaning crew will change is if you or we are not happy with the service or if the cleaning crew decides to leave.
  • Can I set up auto pay?
    Yes, you will find a link in the email's body where you will have the option to set up auto pay. Auto pay is only available for recurring services.
  • Can I only buy the restroom supplies?
    No, restroom supplies are only for customers with a janitorial service.
  • Can I put a service on hold/ pause?
    Yes, for a maximum of 30 days and after 30 days the service will be canceled. One-time cleaning fees will apply to resume after 30 days.
  • Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
    Yes, we need you to have the keys and door codes ready. Other things you may want to have ready is your business card, Scope of Work or a to-do list of the services.
  • How long does it take?
    The average time is 20 minutes. However, this depends on the size of the facility. The bigger the facility, the more time it will take. For example, a 20,000 sq. ft. facility can take 40 minutes.
  • When will I receive my quote?
    Usually the next business day.
