The hours vary because the hours are usually selected by customer. Some customers are flexible with the schedule but some customers require a more specific schedule to be followed. Commercial cleaning services are usually provided after business hours which starts at around 4pm.
The days depend on the job you will be working on. Some jobs are once a week and other jobs are seven days per week.
Usually we are able to change the service days for small jobs but this also depends on the customer. Some customers want their service on a specific day.
Yes, you have to pay a non-refundable $30 for a background check.
