We use a combination of hot water extraction (steam cleaning) and encapsulation carpet cleaning (low moisture cleaning) for best results. You can select hot water extraction only.
Fibers
We clean synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, acrylic and olefin. We do not clean natural fibers such as wool, cotton, expensive oriental rugs or area rugs.

Encapsulation dries in 1-2 hours. Hot water extraction dries in 24 hours.
Frequency
You can buy a one-time service or set up a recurring carpet cleaning service.

You provide us with some pictures and the approximate square footage.

We prepare a quote and send it to you for your review and approval.

Service is scheduled 7-10 days after your confirmation. For hot water extraction it is best to schedule the service on a Friday or Saturday.
To-do
You may need to move chairs and other light items such as boxes and trash receptacles.
Terms
After the service has been provided we email you an invoice. Payment is due within 21 days.

Most commercial carpets only need encapsulation cleaning. This is great for you because it costs less than hot water extraction and the carpets dry faster.
